Youth Choir

The Trinity Youth Choir is made up of high school students in the 7th through 12th grades who explore a wide variety of choral repertoire from major works to contemporary and gospel anthems. In addition to musical leadership in the Sunday evening worship services, the Trinity Youth Choir takes sacred music to other parts of Montgomery, the United States, and the world through music and mission tours. The Trinity Youth Choir has a rich history of music and mission tours, which began in 1976 under the leadership of Robert Woodham.

Under Mr. Woodham’s direction, the choir, which also included a handbell ensemble, led vacation bible schools and presented concerts of sacred music in different areas of the country. In 1980, the choir sang for a worship service at the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in America. The Youth Choir has been to several states including, Florida, Virginia, Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Georgia, Missouri, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.

Youth Handbell Choir

The Youth Handbell Choir allows students with a good understanding of rhythm to play hand bells together. This group will provide music for worship services at Trinity and will represent the church in other places.
