Spiritual Help

He Heals – He Delivers – He Is Our Praise

We believe that Jesus came not only to save us from sin but to heal us from the brokenness we experience in our lives as a result of sin. We believe that Christians can become fully and restored men and women in relationship with God in Jesus Christ and experience forgiveness, freedom, restoration, reconciliation, healing, and wholeness. Our restorative care ministries exist to assist and support the Trinity family and community in their healing from life-dominating sin, brokenness, and hurt by providing a Christ-centered network of critical-healing-care.

You are not alone! If you are suffering from life altering sin, brokenness, or hurt and are ready to start your healing, we want to help support you in that healing. In the pages below you can learn more about the ministries we provide to help and support you in your healing.

Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for You are my praise. Jeremiah 17:14

Resources to Find Help

Pastoral Counseling

Life can sometimes be hard, and our Ministers are available for counseling and spiritual direction with those who are struggling in life to assist them in understanding God’s promises, purposes, and provision in such times as well and to direct them toward sources of assistance.

They are available by appointment for healing ministry (using the means of grace to bring about healing from past sin and its effects in our lives), pastoral counseling (using the means of grace to help a person handle and respond appropriately to a specific problem facing them in the present), and spiritual direction (using the means of grace to provide guidance and direction in their future spiritual life).

Clinical Counseling Partners

Understanding that some issues require a specialist’s attention, we maintain working relationships with competent Christian clinical counselors in the Montgomery, Birmingham, and Auburn area. Clinical counseling is a professional service that helps people as they navigate emotional or mental health difficulties. When clinical counseling is needed, we may refer a counselee to one of these professionals. Limited financial assistance may be requested for those needing clinical counseling.

Care and Recovery Groups

When being part of a safe, supportive group is needed, we offer Care and Recovery Groups. These are small groups focused on recovery and healing from a specific manifestation of brokenness such as grief, addictions, divorce, sexual and physical abuse, etc. These groups are lay led by someone who has completed the course previously, assisted by a spiritual director/clergy. To learn more about our care groups and when they will be offered next, see below:
