What is Faith Promise?
Faith Promise is an offering designated directly to Trinity’s Ministry of Missions. It is used to supplement Trinity’s regular Missions giving (approximately 20% of the General Fund is used to fund Missions). Faith Promise offerings support the ongoing and special request needs of our missionaries. The Trinity Missions Committee and Session make allocations from Faith Promise monies to specific projects.
Making a Faith Promise is clearly a statement about priorities in your life. It is an expression of your love for God and a demonstration that you love other people enough that you want them to love Him, too. It is an acknowledgement that God gives you everything you have. It is also an act of faith that God will enable you to give a specific amount and meet all your financial obligations.
